1. Processing Time

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays) after receipt of payment verification. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Payment Verification: Please note that additional processing time may be required for orders that necessitate fraud analysis or payment verification.

Custom/Pre-order Items: For custom-made or pre-order items, processing times will vary and are clearly stated on the respective product page.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and its territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.).

International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer shipping outside of the United States.
3. Shipping Methods & Costs
We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a link to track your package.
You can also view your order status and tracking information by logging into your account on our website.
5. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of order placement. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Address Changes: If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at [your email address] with your order number. We can only modify the address if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order is shipped, we cannot change the destination address.
6. Delivery Issues & Lost Packages

Carrier Responsibility: Once a package leaves our warehouse, it is in the care of the shipping carrier (USPS or UPS). Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed by sunnyfarm_amzstore.

Tracking Shows "Delivered": If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with your neighbors and your local post office. If you are still unable to locate it, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Lost in Transit: If the tracking information shows no movement for more than 5 business days, please contact us at [your email address] with your order number. We will initiate a trace investigation with the carrier.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item).
